| We have warehouses – Not shops. When you buy a kayak in a nice fancy shop, remember, YOU ARE PAYING THE RENT. Literally. That’s why we have no store. Pick-up of pre-purchased kayaks is FREE. Warehouse addresses are given out only after payment is received. Viewing of our kayaks at the warehouse prior to purchase is NOT POSSIBLE. We have plenty of photos right here – Check them out! |  |

Pick-Up
If you would like to pick-up a kayak you have already purchased, you need to let us know when you will collect. Warehouse opening hours below. Once you give us a time and day, we will provide the address.
- Brisbane: 9am to 3:30pm weekdays
- Perth: 9am to 2pm weekdays
- Sydney: 9am to 2pm weekdays
When you collect goods from one of our warehouses, it is YOUR responsibility to make sure you leave the warehouse with the correct items. This includes the following:
- The correct model of kayak(s) or goods
- The correct colour goods
- Every item that you ordered
If you contact us after leaving the warehouse to tell us you are missing a seat, or you got the wrong colour, for instance, we CANNOT help you without charging a fee.
Delivery
We are NOT a freight company. To make life easier for you, our customers, we arrange delivery through 3rd party couriers. See our delivery prices here. Please understand that while we do everything we can to help the freight company deliver on time, we have limited control over their operations.

Warranty
We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
We offer a warranty with all products, which is defined by Australian Consumer Law.
If you think there is a fault with the kayak please contact us immediately.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
